WRONG ADDRESS OR CHANGE OF ADDRESS

If you have given us the wrong address and if you are not there then the product will be reserved in our store again. For providing the wrong Address You Have to Bear the full Shipping Cost.

PARCELLS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT 

If you find that a package is damaged in transit, please reject the package from the courier if possible and contact our customer service. If the package was delivered without your presence, please contact customer service for the next steps.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you change your mind before receiving your order, you may cancel at any time before the goods are sent. Your order can be cancelled without incurring any fees! For your cancellation to be effective, your order must be cancelled within 24 hours of placing it. if the product is already on its way. Simply send us an email with the word "CANCEL" in the subject line.
